After the members of a team of scientists (Harold Ramis, Dan Aykroyd, Bill Murray) lose their cushy positions at a university in New York City, they decide to become "ghostbusters" to wage a high-tech battle with the supernatural for money. They stumble upon a gateway to another dimension, a doorway that will release evil upon the city. The Ghostbusters must now save New York from complete destruction.

No-York Style Pizza, Ecto Puffed Popcorn with a Cheers to the End of the World.

No-York Style Pizza

There are (3) options as far as the amount of work you want to put into this meal.

Option 1: Since this was filmed in New York City I thought a New York style pizza would be fun. Thin Crust and a nice big cheesy slice, perfect for a family night in.

Option 2: Buy a plain cheese frozen pizza from your brand of choice along with some pepperoni. Cut the pepperoni slices in halves and create a NO symbol on the pizza, then bake per the directions on the box.

Option 3: Buy your own ingredients and make the pizza yourself. This will gives you more creative control, You can even add the ghost to make it look more like the logo if you do use olives for the black areas.

Alt: If you are vegetarian use tomato slices instead of pepperoni.

Ecto Puffed Popcorn

You know I had to add slime to this menu and what better way to add it, then dessert! Although the following recipe doesn't have marshmallows, I would add them in, lets not forget about the Stay Puffed Marshmallow Man. You can find the recipe at happyfamilyblog.com.

When I first watched this as a kid I could not forget those big red eyes Gozer had with the black eye-shadow, she looked so evil and cool so I wanted to dedicate a drink to her.
